The Senior Phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining quality blood samples for laboratory analysis to assist in diagnosing or monitoring medical conditions. Duties include performing venipunctures, handling specimens, providing patient care, and managing laboratory data.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited phlebotomy program, and at least 3 years of phlebotomy experience. Additionally, CPR and Phlebotomy certifications are required, along with proficiency in medical terminology.

Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
