The LPN will assist surgeons and APPs by rooming patients, providing patient education, and managing scheduling tasks. They will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

  • The Bariatric Surgery Center is looking for an LPN to join their team! It is a small, close knit department. The work is split between two locations. The Bariatric clinic at the South University location and at our Broadway General Surgery location. This is a clinic position supporting the practice of one of our surgeons and APPs. Daily work includes, rooming patients, education, scheduling and educating patients on their overall journey.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Experience credit to wage range - $15,000 Sign on bonus

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.

Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
