The nurse will conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer prescribed medications and treatments. They will also collaborate with the healthcare team and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a valid State of Iowa RN or LPN license. Strong communication skills, compassion, and the ability to work effectively within a team are required.
