The Chaplain-Resource delivers expert spiritual care and crisis intervention to patients, their families, and colleagues. They are responsible for providing on-call services as needed to support the hospital's mission.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have completed at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education. A Master of Divinity degree and previous spiritual care experience are preferred.

This position is an on-call role located at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. The ideal candidate must have availability for weekends and during the week coverage, as needed. Days and evenings are expected. Candidates should be located within a 30-minute drive of the hospital to ensure a timely response.
Delivers expert spiritual care, crisis intervention and support of patients, their supporting community, and IU Health colleagues. Responsible for on-call services as needed.
