The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement treatment plans designed by physical therapists to help patients regain movement and function. They are also responsible for maintaining clinic cleanliness, documenting sessions in Athena software, and supervising therapy technicians.
Candidates must have completed an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold an Associate's degree or equivalent. A valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant from the Arkansas Physical Therapy Board is required.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at OrthoArkansas, you’ll be a key player in our outpatient physical therapy team, working closely with physical therapists to help patients regain movement, function, and overall well-being. You’ll implement treatment plans under the guidance of licensed physical therapists, ensuring that every intervention is delivered effectively, safely, and with a focus on patient recovery.
