Posting Date 04/21/2026 226 GRACELAND BLVDSuite 3-09A, Columbus, Ohio, 43214-1532, United States of America DaVita is looking for someone to work as a dual role in our Peritoneal Dialysis Unit as a Clinical Administrative Assistant and an Experienced Dialysis Tech to serve our patients at our Columbus at Home in Columbus, OH.
Must Be An Experienced Certified Dialysis Technician!
We can train for the AA aspect as long as you already have experience as a dialysis technician Shifts will range between 8hrs (AA) and 12hrs (PCT) and will require floating to other clinics in the region to maintain Full-Time hours Some details about this position: You will work with our Peritoneal / Home Dialysis patients Dialysis Experienced & Certified and some AA experience preferred (but will train right candidate) Expected Schedule: PCT hours 5:30am - 8:30pm, AA hours 8:00am - 5:30pm This role is a Dual Role that will sometimes require Floating to other clinics in the region to maintain Full-Time hours You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday Our PCTs also find DaVita professionally fulfilling.

Dialysis Tech Requirements: Must be experienced and certified as a Dialysis Technician High school diploma or equivalent Must be comfortable working around blood and needles Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet so wear comfortable shoes!

Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
Dialysis experience required including: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT).
Administrative Assistant Details: Screen all people entering the clinic for COVID (questions and temp along with providing a mask) Process admission requests and follow up with hospitals to assure we have all required documents to accept patients Admit and discharge patients in computer system Document appointments and follow up with offices to receive appointment notes Order office supplies Filing, good organizational skills, desire to learn DaVita specific systems quickly Prioritize tasks throughout the day/week even when unexpected things happen Clear and prompt communication with team, practitioners, and outside partners Complete tasks in a timely manner Dialysis is serious business—which is why Fun is encouraged!
