Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience and an active Colorado or compact state RN license. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS, along with a minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.

You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while functioning confidently in a dynamic, high‑risk environment.
You’ll work independently with limited supervision, collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and help advance best practices through education, quality initiatives, and mentorship.
What you will do: Works within a team environment with individuals having similar abilities and responsibilities.
Handles emergency situations during high-risk procedures with calm professional demeanor.
Demonstrates good communication skills and ability to teach patients while providing a calming effect with patients and families.
Functions in the role of scrub, circulator or monitor technician on a rotating basis.
Completes all functions of each role with regard to patient safety and adherence to infection control practices.
Participates in “on-call” responsibilities and responds when required within 30 minutes.
Demonstrates knowledge and competence in basic invasive cardiovascular technology.

Prepares and operates sophisticated radiographic equipment including x-ray table, camera, video recorders, ultrasound machine and pressure injectors safely.
Assists with quality assurance or performance projects as directed.
Assists with determining educational needs of the staff.
Communicates with the Manager and assists in the development and training of fellow staff members.
