The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services in a home health setting. They must coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, document all activities in the EMR, and supervise support staff.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science or higher in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid Connecticut license. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an acute or sub-acute setting is required, along with a valid driver's license and CPR certification.

The Occupational Therapist is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides Occupational Therapy services to patients in the home according to State Law and regulations under the direction of the attending physician.
