The Physician provides and manages direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and care for patients within their area of practice according to approved protocols. This includes performing necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, formulating care plans, and contributing to patient and family health education.
Candidates must be a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy, licensed/qualified to practice medicine in the service state, and board certified or board eligible, along with holding a Federal DEA license. Essential functions require adequate visual acuity and effective communication skills to perform duties and interact with others.
