Qualifications

• We seek a full time general surgeon with an interest in becoming a partner in a suburban practice. The candidate should be interested in practicing a wide range of general surgical procedures.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery (ABMS or AOA).
• Current and unrestricted Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Current DEA registration.
• Excellent interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $430,000-450,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
