This is an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and have access to advanced operating suites equipped with the latest neuroimagin, neuromonitoring, and robotic-assisted technologies to support precision surgery.Highlights of the Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced neurosurgical interventions, including tumor resections, spinal fusions, vascular procedures, and trauma surgeries
  • Diagnose and manage neurological disorders through comprehensive evaluations, imaging interpretations, and personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and rehabilitation specialists in our integrated care model to optimize patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research opportunities aligned with Prime Healthcare's commitment to evidence-based practices

Qualifications

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
  • Eligible for Illinois medical license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and program growth Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $750,000-$950,000. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
