The details

• The dynamic patient caseload at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic – Noblesville consists primarily of general orthopedics with some high-level neurological patients. Lymphedema experience a plus.
• Large gym facility with private and semi-private treatment rooms
• Fitness center
• 1:1 Highly personalized and patient-centered care
• Aquatic pool onsite
• Schedule is Monday - Friday
• Flexible schedule

The responsibilities

• Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Physical Therapy services
• Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
• Conduct patient and family education
• Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
• Other duties as assigned
