Radiologic Technologist (X-ray, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound) Location: Virginia, Maryland, All 50 states Reports to: RT Division Manager Summary: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Radiologic Technologists to join our healthcare team. This role is ideal for a certified professional with expertise in multiple imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures according to modality certification including X-ray, CT scans, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound. Ensure proper patient positioning, preparation, and comfort during procedures. Operate imaging equipment and ensure accurate and high-quality diagnostic images. Review and evaluate images for quality and clarity; promptly report any issues or errors. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ensure proper patient shielding to minimize radiation exposure. Maintain accurate and complete patient records and imaging reports in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies. Keep up to date with new imaging techniques and technologies. Assist with patient education, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and licensing requirements, including ARRT standards and state regulations. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift or move patients with assistance when necessary.
