• Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary Our private outpatient practice is looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients make steady, measurable progress. You’ll assess physical limitations, design treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, and support patients through recovery in a setting built around one-on-one care. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants a stable full-time role with a realistic pace.

Responsibilities

Complete evaluations and identify treatment priorities Create personalized plans of care for orthopedic and functional needs Deliver direct treatment through exercise instruction, manual therapy, and movement retraining Reevaluate progress and update treatment plans as patients improve Educate patients on recovery steps and home programs Keep documentation complete and up to date Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start Previous outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Good clinical judgment and time management New graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply PTO CE Allowance of $1,200/year IRA with a 3% match If you’re looking for a clinic role where you can slow down, stay present, and do solid work with each patient, this may be the right next step.
