• Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary A private outpatient physical therapy practice in Bonita Springs is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist. This role is centered on helping patients move better, recover safely, and build strength over time through one-on-one care. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide sessions, and track progress in a setting that gives you the time to stay focused on quality care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and identify mobility, pain, strength, and functional concerns Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Provide one-on-one therapy using exercise, stretching, and manual techniques Reassess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention Document visits, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start Previous outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Good clinical judgment and time management New graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply PTO CE Allowance of $1,200/year IRA with a 3% match If you’re looking for a clinic role where you can slow down, stay present, and do solid work with each patient, this may be the right next step.
