• Summary: We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team where patient care is steady and structured. In this role, you’ll evaluate movement, identify limitations, and guide patients through treatment plans that support recovery and long-term function. The schedule allows you to stay present with each patient without feeling rushed.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations Build treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings Lead exercise-based therapy sessions Apply manual techniques when appropriate Track progress and adjust treatment plans Provide clear instructions for home programs Complete accurate and timely documentation Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Active Washington PT license Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and clinical judgment PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re looking for a role with steady hours and space to focus on your patients, this could be a strong fit—let’s connect.
