• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide full-time telehealth services for clients in Maryland.
• This role focuses on helping clients address the challenges that can affect relationships, home life, emotional health, and day-to-day functioning.
• The therapist in this position will provide structured virtual sessions, complete assessments, create treatment plans, and guide clients through therapy with a clear and professional approach.
• You will support people through real concerns such as communication issues, family changes, stress, conflict, grief, parenting struggles, and relationship repair.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote mental health therapy to clients using a secure video platform Provide care for individuals, couples, and families with a range of relationship and emotional health concerns Complete intake evaluations and gather information needed for treatment planning Set measurable therapy goals and review progress with clients over time Help clients strengthen communication, manage conflict, and improve relationship functioning Prepare clinical notes and maintain complete client records Use sound clinical judgment when assessing risk or recommending additional care Keep all services aligned with HIPAA, ethical practice standards, and Maryland licensing rules Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Maryland LMFT, LCMFT, or equivalent independent clinical licensure Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong written documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Must be authorized to work in the United States $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Monday–Friday schedule Step into a remote LMFT role that offers consistent structure, strong compensation, and the chance to support clients across Maryland.
