The Physical Therapist will conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes. They are also responsible for educating patients and caregivers while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient mobility and independence.
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license. Additionally, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are required for home visits.
