The pharmacist will provide Medication Therapy Management services, including personalized counseling and drug utilization reviews to optimize patient therapy. They will also collaborate with healthcare providers to address care gaps and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy with a current Texas license and at least 3 years of healthcare experience. Proficiency in computer software and a commitment to maintaining BLS/CPR certification are required, with preference given to those with residency training or community pharmacy experience.
