The counselor is responsible for completing clinical assessments, diagnoses, and recovery plans while providing treatment and crisis services. They must also maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care with other service providers and family members.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess a valid Texas license such as LPHA, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D. A valid Texas driver's license with insurance is required, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

Prior mental health experience preferred. Ability to communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced work setting; ability to plan, implement and prioritize assignments. Prefer bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and work well in a team setting.
