Position Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited program in Radiology Technology either hospital based or college degree program.
Experience/Specialized Skills/Aptitudes Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred, but will accept newly registered graduates from approved Radiology Technology program.
Competency in components of radiography practice as appropriate; radiation safety and protection.
Technical expertise, knowledge of anatomy, safety conscious, manual dexterity, clerical accuracy, verbal ability.
Licenses/Certificates: Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry eligible: ARRT registered within six (6) months of graduation.
BLS required
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiology Technology program and hold or be eligible for ARRT registration. BLS certification is required, along with strong technical expertise in radiation safety and human anatomy.
