Provide direct, evidence-based patient care and implement individualized care plans within the Cardiovascular ICU. Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a current and valid Registered Nurse license for the state of California and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated clinical nursing proficiency are required.
