Location: Jackson, MI; Kansas City, MO; Lancaster, PA; Middleburg, PA; Millersburg, PA; Shermans Dale, PA; Tower City, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and one weekend on-call every 5-7 weeks Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 8pm-8am; 2 holidays/year

Travel: Occasional local travel

The Role

Our client is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and the ability to self-manage time and schedule.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Hospice (2+ years)
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license and possess an associate degree or higher. At least two years of hospice experience and one year of experience with Electronic Medical Records are required.
