This role offers an opportunity to work as an MRI Technologist performing advanced imaging procedures under the guidance of a Radiologist. Key Responsibilities: · Perform various Radiology Services procedures at a technical level without constant supervision
· Conduct a variety of imaging and documentation procedures including Radiology procedures
· Apply prescribed ionizing radiation and/or MRI for radiologic diagnosis
· Ensure patient safety protocols are followed
· Serve as first line interface with customers to meet their imaging needs
· Assist in the department of Radiology and support its functions
· Prioritize patient care and deliver high quality imaging services
Requires an Associate degree or higher and at least one year of experience in Radiology and Meditech systems. Must hold a valid ARRT certification/license in New York and a BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
