$65,000 - $68,000 / YEAR
Provide high-quality mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families, specifically those with trauma histories and justice involvement. Manage a caseload of at least 24 direct client hours per week and facilitate group therapy sessions across various program sites.
Requires a Master's degree in a related mental health field and a full, unrestricted Minnesota license (LMFT, LICSW, LP, or LPCC). Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

This position requires a clinician to have a passion for providing community-based services, a commitment to providing a high level of care to all clients, including those who are reluctant to receiving services, and to believe whole-heartedly in second chances and people’s capacity to heal. This position requires strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of the business realities of providing fee-for-service care, crave collaboration, teamwork, and is excited by both the challenges and prospects of implementing high quality mental health care into traditionally underserved settings.
Pay ranges from $65,000-$77,000 annually
