This role provides direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients. The nurse is also responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe nursing care and effective resource management.
Candidates must be graduates of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing and hold a current professional license. Additionally, a valid CPR certification is required for this position.
Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
