The Licensed Practical Nurse will monitor patient vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and administer medications according to healthcare plans. They are also responsible for maintaining confidential patient records and providing support within a residential mental health setting.

Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups.

Position Overview: River Edge Behavioral Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hidden Hills Crisis Home in Baldwin County.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a residential mental health setting.

Location/Schedule: 179 Hidden Hills, Milledgeville, Ga Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, and dressing Support nursing and medical staff by administering medications and following healthcare plans Maintain and update patient records confidentially

Qualifications
