The Substance Abuse Specialist provides stage-wise engagement, treatment, and relapse prevention services to individuals with substance use challenges within a multi-disciplinary team. They also conduct mobile medication support, crisis intervention, and community outreach while maintaining accurate documentation of all services.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with at least four years of direct care experience, or a combination of education and experience totaling five years. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a fingerprint clearance card are required.
