The Intensive In-Home Coordinator provides behavioral and emotional services to children and families within a community-based model. They are responsible for conducting skill-building activities, managing crisis situations, and developing person-centered plans for a caseload of up to 12 families.
Candidates must hold at least an associate degree in social work or a related human service field and possess Qualified Professional (QP) credentials. A minimum of two years of documented experience with the child/adolescent mental health population is required.
