The therapist will conduct initial evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and administer manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to restore patient function. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients on home recovery strategies.
Candidates must hold an Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program and possess a valid state licensure. Additionally, they should have CPR/BLS certification and experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
