The Dietitian is responsible for performing clinical nutrition functions, including nutrition assessments, modified diet formulations, and patient self-management training. They will also assess high-risk patients, calculate nutritional needs, and educate patients and families on modified diets.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in foods and nutrition and possess current Georgia licensure as a Dietitian. Two years of prior hospital experience in clinical nutrition is preferred.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a major in foods and nutrition required or allowed major. Current Georgia licensure as a Dietitian required. Prior hospital experience in clinical nutrition for 2 years preferred with current skills of Patient Assessment in the Acute Care Environment.
