Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board certification in General Surgery 3-5 years of surgical experience preferred Strong clinical and surgical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Active medical license in the state of Washington
