Description

. This contract position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated medical professional to provide high-quality care in a supportive and dynamic environment within the Medical Practice industry.

In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive vascular care to patients. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the health and well-being of our community, as you perform various vascular procedures and collaborate on patient management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality vascular surgical care to patients.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnostics.
  • Perform a range of vascular surgeries and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to manage patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and preventive strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in vascular surgery.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in Vascular Surgery is preferred.
  • Relevant clinical experience as an Associate in Vascular Surgery.
  • Strong surgical skills and expertise in vascular procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to patient-focused care and ethical practices.
  • Active medical license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.

Schedule: 1x 8-hour clinic day, 3x OR days, and 1x TAVR day per week

24-hour beeper call shifts

Setting: Hospital and clinic

Will cover multiple facilities

Daily Clinic Volume: 15 patients

Support Staff: APPs

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

ACLS, BLS, and PALS required

Paid travel & expenses
