In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating patients with heart-related conditions. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations Diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases and conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with nursing and support staff to provide excellent patient care Educate patients and their families about heart health Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiology Ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards
MD or DO degree with a valid medical license 3+ years of experience in Cardiology or related field Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiovascular diseases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Board certification in Cardiology is preferred
Schedule: Thursday 5p-Monday 7a
STEMI call coverage
Skills Needed: STEMI, cath/PCI
Support Staff: General cardiologist
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
