Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat patients with hematological conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations Stay informed about the latest advancements in hematology and oncology Provide education and support to patients and their families Participate in case reviews and clinical meetings Maintain accurate and timely patient records

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of residency in Hematology/Oncology Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction Strong clinical skills in hematology and oncology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management skills Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

No call requirement

Setting: Outpatient

Patient Census: 8-10 per day

Caseload: 100% benign hematology

Support Staff: 6 Medical Oncologists

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
