As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients through advanced imaging techniques. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and supporting our mission of providing high-quality medical care.
Conduct and interpret radiologic examinations and imaging studies Provide accurate and timely diagnoses to assist in patient care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in radiology Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in radiologic technology Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions Document findings and maintain accurate patient records
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of residency in Radiology Active medical license in the state of California Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with advanced imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Ultrasound) Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8a-5p
No call shifts required
Daily Volume: ~56
All modalities, including interventional procedures; tomosynthesis, ultrasounds, MRIs, image-guided biopsies, pre-op localizations, etc.

Must be board-certified
