MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology Active medical license in the state of practice Strong clinical skills and knowledge in anesthesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-5p
1 offsite weeknight call per week (~5p-7a), 1 24-hour offsite weekend call per week
Annual Volume: 11-12k cases (includes ambulatory surgery center volumes)
Patient Population: Neonates & older
General, ENT, ortho, uro, plastics, neurosurgery, pulmonary, ophthalmology, dental/oral surgery - no cardiac
5 pediatric ORs, cath lab, 2 MRI, GI, CT scan, IR, and 2 ophthalmology
1:2 supervision of residents or CRNAs
