The practitioner will also collaborate with physicians and maintain accurate patient records within the Cerner EMR system.
Candidates must hold an Associate degree in Nursing or a related field and possess a valid NP or PA license in the state of practice. Experience in cardiology is preferred, along with strong clinical assessment skills and board certification.

As a Locum NP/PA, you will play a crucial role in managing patient assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in the field of cardiology. Your expertise will help us ensure that our patients receive the best possible care while supporting the overall goals of our practice.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results Monitor and manage patient progress and response to treatments Provide education and support to patients and their families Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Stay current with cardiology best practices and advancements
Associate degree in Nursing or related field Valid NP or PA license in the state of practice Experience in cardiology or related medical field preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Basic computer skills for electronic health record management
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 7 days per week
Rounding, consults, procedures, etc.
Required Procedures: Arterial line placement, central line placement, cardioversion
Support Staff: Hospitalists and cardiologists; pulmonary critical care and CV surgery support as needed
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified
