Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and possess a valid medical license in Florida. Board certification in Radiology is preferred, along with experience in diagnostic imaging and interpretation.
This contract position is an on-site role that offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing exceptional radiological services to our patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and interpreting radiology results, contributing to effective patient care and treatment plans. You'll work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support the needs of our community.
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs Interpret radiological images and provide accurate reports Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss findings and treatment options Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in imaging practices Participate in patient consultations and discuss imaging results Stay current with advancements in radiology technology and techniques Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff as needed
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in the state of Florida Board certification in Radiology is preferred Experience in diagnostic imaging and radiology interpretation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Commitment to patient care and continuous professional development
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-4p or 8a-5p
Weekend shifts available from 7a-4p
Daily Volume: 70-80 RVUs
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
