As a Hospitalist, you will play a vital role in managing patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality medical services. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to hospitalized patients Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with specialists and nursing staff for optimal patient care Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Maintain accurate and detailed medical records Participate in clinical rounds and team meetings Educate patients and families about health management Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Internal Medicine

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Current medical license to practice in the state Experience in Internal Medicine or Hospitalist settings preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records Shift Information: 12-hour day shifts, 6a-6p or 7a-7p

Schedule: 7 on/7 off

Daily Volume: 18 patients

No procedures required
