The Family Worker collaborates with families to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and provide strengths-based, goal-driven services. They are responsible for monitoring progress, providing crisis support, and advocating for families with external agencies.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and have at least one year of experience working with children or families. A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and successful completion of state, FBI, and child abuse clearances are required.
Our Family Preservation Team has an immediate opening for a Family Worker (FW). The FW collaborates with families to build a partnership to ensure their needs are met. FW's strive to provide individualized, strengths-based, culturally sensitive, and goal- driven service. This position requires local travel and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule in a high-demand work situation.
