Position Summary

Our Family Preservation Team has an immediate opening for a Family Worker (FW). The FW collaborates with families to build a partnership to ensure their needs are met. FW's strive to provide individualized, strengths-based, culturally sensitive, and goal- driven service. This position requires local travel and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule in a high-demand work situation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Worker will: 1. Plans and leads treatment team meetings for the purpose of creating treatment plans/ISP. 2. Works with team members to develop ownership for the treatment plan/ISP. 3. Writes and utilizes specific measurable goals, objectives, and time frames for each child and family. 4. Develops crisis plan for each child and family. 3. To ensure implementation and evaluation of effective treatment plans that fosters goal attainment, the

• Worker will: 1. Delivers services outlined in treatment plan/ISP. 2. Monitors and records client/family progress. 3. Provides advocacy for family to outside agencies. 4. Qualifications

• Requires clearances. State/FBI clearances; Child Abuse.
• Requires a Bachelor's in Human Service or related field.
• Requires at least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
