The Treatment Coordinator partners with families and community agencies to provide individualized, child-centered therapeutic support. They are responsible for supervising treatment parents, conducting home visits, and maintaining compliance through detailed documentation and service planning.

Our Treatment Foster Care Program has an immediate opening for a Treatment Coordinator (TC). The TC partners with families and community agencies to ensure the therapeutic needs of youth and families are individualized, child-centered, family-focused, culturally competent, strengths-based, and goal-driven.
Not licensed? We will assist with preparation to sit for the Social Work licensing exam, as well as pay for the exam and license.

1. 1. Maintain documentation of in-home and other ongoing training activities. 2. Prepare written summaries, Individual Service, Permanency, Safety,, and Discharge Plans. 3. Ensure completion and collection of TFC parent documentation for required forms.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Additionally, applicants must pass state police, FBI, and child/adult abuse registry clearances.
