The Developmental Specialist leads Day Habilitation Aides and supports individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving habilitative goals. They are responsible for providing skilled teaching, evaluating progress, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring community integration and safety.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred, and at least 3 years of experience in a habilitative or vocational setting. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to support various community and recreational activities are also required.

This is a full-time position requiring consistent coverage during program hours, with flexibility based on operational needs.
