Where You’ll Work Founded in 1967, Dignity Health - Mercy San Juan Medical Center is a 377-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Carmichael, California.

Mercy San Juan Medical Center is Sacramento area’s first Comprehensive Stroke Center and we are a Regional receiving center for many specialties including: trauma ortho high risk maternity NICU and STEMI.
Our fast-paced 31-bed Emergency Department has skilled physicians who work closely with specially trained nurses and other healthcare professionals to see the approximate 80,000 patients each year.
Our success directly correlates with high employee satisfaction scores which can be attributed to our collaborative practice with physicians management and our involvement of staff in peer interviews.
