Job description

We are currently searching for a per diem Endoscopy Technician to work as needed\nwith availability Monday – Friday. Candidate should be able to work\ncooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. This is\nnot a full time job and does not have benefits or paid time off. Major\nresponsibilities include: assisting physicians with procedures; handling\npathology specimens, cleaning procedure rooms; restocking and changing over\nrooms; performing housekeeping duties and assisting in maintenance of all\nsupplies. Potential to lead to full time position based on performance.\nExperience is a plus. No weekends or call. Center is closed for major holidays. \n\nYou must be 18 years old and possess a HS school diploma/GED and a BLS\ncertification(American Heart Association (AHA) approved course). Starting shift\ntime is 6:30 am. Days are not set days. Candidate must be punctual and\ndependable. Must be a hands on quick learner willing to take initiative to\nlearn. Attention to detail is a must. Must be willing to clean procedure rooms,\nassist with stock or do other duties as assigned.Must be a teamplayer. Cell\nphones are prohibited in procedure room.
