The nurse is responsible for safely administering and documenting medications according to established procedures. They provide direct patient care and perform assessments using observation, communication, and laboratory data.

Job Description

University Cancer & Blood Center is currently hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse.

Job Duties

  • Safely administers and documents medication given in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provides direct patient care as requested by physician or mid-level.
  • Performs assessment of patient condition utilizing skill of observation, communication and examination of patient and laboratory data.
  • Works as a team with nursing staff, RN's, LPN's and MA's.
  • Job Requirements
  • Must posses a current Georgia RN license
  • Requires sitting, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a team as well as individually.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records is a plus.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a current Georgia RN license and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Experience with Electronic Medical Records is considered a plus.
