The practice is highly productive, maintaining 8,000 active patients and onboarding approximately 100 new patients each month across 12 modern operatories. Our established systems ensure a seamless transition for a new provider. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry to a loyal, established patient base of 8,000 active patients Diagnose accurately and develop sound treatment plans using VaTech CBCT, intraoral scanners, and intraoral cameras—neither over-diagnosing nor under-diagnosing Communicate treatment options clearly and honestly with patients in plain language, building trust rather than pressure Collaborate directly with in-house lab technicians on CAD/CAM restorative workflows Participate in monthly case review meetings with Dr. Kaplansky for structured mentorship and continued clinical development Compensation 35% of collections Daily guarantee of $1,000/day No lab fees – all in-house lab work is fully covered by the practice The compensation range listed reflects estimated annual earnings based on collections.
