The Occupational Therapist is responsible for conducting patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
Candidates must hold a valid professional Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice. Additionally, they must be a graduate of an ACOTE accredited school and have passed or be eligible for the NBCOT certification exam.
