The Home Health Aide will assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility support, and meal preparation. They are also responsible for monitoring vital signs, providing medication reminders, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient conditions.
Candidates must hold an HHA certification, Ohio CNA certificate, or a valid Ohio STNA license, along with current CPR and First-Aid certifications. A valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation are required to perform in-home visits.
Must be at least 18 years of age. HHA Certification, Ohio CNA Certification, or Active/Valid Ohio STNA License is required. Must meet training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws for home health aides. A current CPR certification. Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with acceptable auto insurance to meet company standards. Skills & Abilities: Able to read, follow care plans, and document services provided. Self-directed, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward individuals with varying needs. Maintains good hygiene and a professional appearance. Physically able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and assist with patient mobility. Adequate vision and hearing to safely perform care tasks.
