Competitive Compensation – Our Caregivers start at an impressive $19- $21 per hour based on your Hands-on Skill and Dementia Competence assessments. On top of that we will boost your earnings by an extra $1.50 ($20.50- $22.50 per hour) within the first 6 months, when you participate in our Specialized Certifications Education Program!
